I ain't drunk, I'm just drinkin'

In yet another Homebrewing Whoops, we forgot to bottle our beer until it was more than a week overdue. Based on the tastes we took when bottling, it doesn't matter. That stuff is GOOD. Maybe the extra week even helped. Something to ask at the next club event. It'll be all carbonated and ready in another few weeks.

We returned to the homebrew club after two months of absence this month, to find that the guys noticed our absence and were happy to have us back. Awww...we won't stay away so long again.

The IPA, by the way, really scared us with the amount of sludge in it. Then we realized we'd never brewed such a hoppy beer before, so the sludge was probably just hop poop. (Not literally, of course.) The bathroom smelled really nice from it all, actually. Man, waiting patiently is the hardest part of homebrewing. Want IPA now!
