Last Sunday, I made it to another LA microbrewery. I'm enjoying trying them, but have yet to find one worth going out of my way for (except maybe Weiland -- more experimentation will be necessary, as I only had one beer). This time it was the Crown City Brewery, which was out of all of its beers but one, leaving us to one in-house wheat beer and a bunch of random micros from elsewhere.
"How do you run out of your own beer?" asked our friend who doesn't even drink beer. It's like the time I was at Subway and they were out of bread.
The beer was fine, but the place in general felt like they were phoning it in. The food was just OK, too.
Boston has definitely ruined me for brewpubs.
